Statement:

I came from an artistic family who were ok with the fact that I wanted to be an artist. After many years of crappy jobs, tiny apartments, top ramen, and showing anywhere that would have me (bars, clubs, coffee houses, house parties, bowing alleys, etc...) I decided to give painting a break and team up with my mum and experiment with polymer clay and decoupage to make "Wearabl-Art" jewlery, sculptures, and stuff for home decour.

Background:

I started out working with acyrlics. I've been shows in galleries in the Denver area for years, and been featured in some international mags. But even when your doing what you love, you can want to take a break, and just try for something new.

So thats wht we're doing right now, working with polymer clay to make "Wearable-Art" jewelry, cuff and bangle bracelets, barrettes, and pendants. (We just couldn't stand the beaded stuff everyone is doing.) We also use the polymer clay to make sculptures, figures, and whimsical figure boxes. I've really been experimenting with mixed media decoupage, makeing boxes, some pop art inspired, with vintage magazines.
