Statement:

Inspired by the beauty that surrounds me in Hawaii. The power of ocean keeps me in awe being an avid waterman. I work with acrylics mostly in the past but am now adding oils, paste compounds, and working with a pallet knife for a whole new look!

Background:

Graduated with a BA in Art from the UH of Hilo. Began doing public shows a few years later. Have some graphic training as well but only do logos and some textile design besides the fine art.

Upcoming Events:

Finishing up a 2 month show at Puu Opelu Gallery at the Historical Parker Ranch House. Will be donating some work for the Habilitat Program Auction Luau in May. Am currently featured at Hooked Gallery in Kamuela as well as working there casually. Please see website at www.barbariancreations.com
