Statement:

My name is Pablo Triffon & The kind of Art I create are wall sculptures made of hydrastone. I make the original out of modeling clay I then make a eurithane mold from the original and cast the final piece in hydrastone. My next step is the painting I paint each piece with a textured paint called sandstone I then paint the piece with a metalic powder.After that I paint on a black antique wax & buff with a rag. I finish with a laquer sealer. my sculptures take on a very rustic & primitive look.

Background:

I have been sculpting since I was 10 but have no formal training in sculpting. I am a graduate of the fort lauderdale art institute for advertising design & have been making a living as a graphic artist for the last 25 years.

Showings:

 my sculptures are now on display in atlantic anticue mall and art gallery in delray beach. It is on the corner of atlantic ave and sw 5th. above the starbucks there.
