Andrew Arnett grew up in New York City and in 1996 he formed the hot rod band Drag King in Seattle, putting out singles and the CD 4-TRACK MIND. He moved back to New York City in 2000 and has released the solo projects MEMORYHOLE, HYPNOGOD, Led Speciman, and the upcoming IN A HAIL OF GUNFIRE on OrangeBeef Records.

Andrew Arnett's sound has been described by the MANDIBLE as being "a post-modern deconstructionist blues on angel dust, without the attendent hangover . . . he likes to view himself as the bastard offspring of Syd Barret, Daniel Johnston, Howling Wolf and that sordid ilk."
