As the first born of Olanrewaju and Adedayo Osinowo, GodsWriter (Lanre Osinowo) also known as Timothy or Junior among his peers, found a strong love and desire towards the Arts at the age of 10. His first poem was written at the age of 15 for a NAACP poetry competition. Overtime, he has branched into the spoken word, poetry, play write, music, and acting genre.
On March 3, 2003, Timothy re-dedicated his Life to Christ; this enabled him to fully re-dedicate the talent/passion back to God the Creator that deposited the gift in him. During his metamorphosis the name 'GodsWriter' was adopted, signifying that he was done writing for self and or self glorification, but now writing for God so that man can truly see how Glorious the Almighty really is. (Matthew 5 : 16)
Over the years, God began to open doors for Timothy to minister at his home church The Reedemed Christian Church of God (Dominion Chapel), Church Galas, and various events such as Summer Ablaze, Selah, The Rising Star Award, A.C.F.Y.A, The Breakfast Klub, G.R.A.B Bar, Black Star Award, Love Jones lounge and so on. Timothy stepped into Gospel stage plays in the Fall of 2007, and landed his first role in the play "Aint This Something" by producer Travis Dock (Footprints Productions) in which he played the character Anthony Scott. He is currently involved in another gospel play "Saved with Secrets" (coming Spring 2009) by Director & Producer Min. Tarriance E. Anderson (Total Praise Productions) in which he will be playing the character Rev. Nigel Walker.
Timothy is currently involved in a christian music project debut to be released in the spring of 2009
Timothy Osinowo believes that without God, he is nothing. So he prays that God will continue to make him a blessing as his steps are ordered in the path of his destiny.
