Desporadoz consists of P-Notches and Corner Boy. Two of the hottest MCs to come from the Hartford area, spittin nothing but fire and representing CT to the fullest for all you real street cats.

Corner Boy:

Corner Boy was released from prison for armed robbery in 2002. While
incarcerated, Corner Boy spent the majority of his time reading and writing
rhymes. Upon his release, he was walking passed a neighbors door and heard someone spitting fire on the other side! He knocked on the door and realized that it was an old high school friend...P-Notches!

P-Notches:

P-Notches started off as a partner of an independent record label called
Messenger Records. After noticing the poor choices of M.C.'s that his partner was favoring, he broke away from the partnership and started free styling and writing rhymes solo. While practicing in his apartment, he heard a knock at the door. When he opened the door, he realized that it was an old high school friend...Corner Boy!

The Making!:

After realizing that they'r both M.C.'s, they flowed back and forth,
complimented each others skills, and Desporadoz was born! Since forming the group in 2003, they have had numerous shows all throughout New England and New York. They've opened shows for groups like G-unit, Dip-Set, and others with the crowd screaming for them even while the headliners were performing!

What's in a name?:

P-Notches got his name from the fact that his birth name is Parrish, but he can turn his flow up to as many notches as it takes to move a crowd!

Corner boy got his name from hustling on the corner. Every day of the week his mom would yell at him, saying "Why you always standing on that damn corner, Boy!?!"

Influences

The Streets!!! The drama of the streets is what influences Desporadoz. The fact that Corner Boy's brother got shot several times... the multiple funerals that they attended for murdered friends and families...the guns and drugs needed in order to feed their kids in the hood...The fact that P-Notches mother died of AIDS, and he had to single-handedly raise his siblings when he was barely in high school...the times when P-Notches was homeless and had to sleep on the park benches at the bus station in the middle of winter, But most importantly,...the fact that they overcame those odds to become the future of hip-hop!!!
