Slumlord is a lyrical enigma. Born in new york but raised in Philly, Slum has been a fixture on the underground Philly Hip Hop scene forever. Coming above ground in 2003 with his commercial debut "Bigga Than The Game" (2hot ent), Slum hit the urban video charts twice in the top thirty with his first video "Moveout" and his follow up "Fallback". After splitting with 2Hot Ent. in 2005 Slum started his own management company called Truth Management. His first release 2007's "Soul of a Soldier" is on sale right now. Slum is a force to be reckoned with and his deep baritone invokes pain and makes you know and feel the truth in his lyrics. His versatility is limitless and his tenacity and dtermination are sure to pay off.
