Q.D.G. aka Mista Mean Mugg is Atlanta, Georgia’s "Best Kept Secret" in the hip hop industry today. Q.D.G. started writing music at the age of 10 and began producing at the age of 13. Q.D.G.'s has released several independent streets albums and EPs during his career as in independent artist.

His most known release is "The Book of Mugg" featuring well known hood classics such as "Code Red," "Don’t Blame Me," "My City" along with many more blazing singles. Shortly after Q.D.G. released his follow up album, "Days of Shade" featuring his very influential song "Lonely Face," which touched the hearts of many single mothers and those from single parent households.

Q.D.G. has dominated the internet hip hop charts on popular sites such as Soundclick.com and Mp3.com, gaining front page exposure with several street singles strengthening his buzz and rapidly increasing his fan base.

"My musical influences come from life. Every mistake, every setback, every loss, and every gain. I give my listeners the best of both worlds. I stay in tune with the streets and everyday people from the grandparents to the adolescents.

Q.D.G. is the newest inspiration to the urban community and it’s only a matter of time before he gets his break. Recently DJ Slym with Hittmenn Dj’s in Orlando FL has taken notice of Q.D.G.'s musical talents through his new single "She’s So Jazzy" helping create a buzz down south.

DJ X-R1 in Valdosta GA was the first DJ from G.A. to bring Q.D.G.'s single "She’s So Jazzy" to the radio waves during his mix show on 90.9 FM. Shortly after, Kily and DJ LJ of 4thlez Records along with a few more DJS in the U.K. took interest in Q.D.G.'s hit single "She's So Jazzy," giving his music international exposure.

Q.D.G. is one of the most creative and influential artist emerging from the Atlanta Hip Hop scene. Be sure to request his new street singles "She’s So Jazzy" and "Wish You Would" at your local radio stations and clubs.

Q.D.G. isn’t limited to "one track" he has several hits under his belt awaiting play so be on the look out for his upcoming street album, "401k For the Hood" featuring hot upcoming artist such as B.R.E.D and Dat Boy X. Coming to a cd receiver near you!
